Registration is open for Nutrition 101
Dr. Danni is starting her next course very soon! Entitled "Nutrition 101", the course lasts six weeks on Thursdays, Sept 14, 21, 28, Oct 5, 12, 19 from 7:00 to 8:30 PM. It will be held at ETI Technical College, 2076 Youngstown-Warren Rd. Niles OH 44446.
Those who take this course will learn:
- How the Body responds to food and nutrition.
- The proper way to combine and prepare foods to ensure you get the most out of them.
- How to create no fuss, balanced meals, in little time.
- How to get beyond the food companies marketing and discover the real facts about the food.
The cost to attend is a $55 donation to Phoenix House building fund.
