Our own Board-certified Naturopath Dr. Danni is now taking registrations for Nutrition 101. This course takes place at ETI Technical College, 2076 Youngstown Warren Rd., Niles, Ohio 44406 on Friday evenings from September 21 through October 26 from 5:40 to 7:00 pm. The cost to take this course is a $55 donation to the Phoenix House Building Fund.
Students who take the course will learn:
• How the Body responds to food and nutrition.
• The proper way to combine and prepare foods to ensure you get the most out of them.
• How to create no-fuss, balanced meals, in little time.
• How to get beyond the food companies marketing and discover the real facts about the food.
