Do I have to be a patient to get a sports physical?
No. Our sports physicals are open to any local athlete. You do not need to be an established patient — just call and book a time.
Is it really just $25?
Yes. The sports physical is $25. The required forms have grown to around 17 pages, so it's a lot more work than it used to be — but we've kept the price low for our local athletes.
What should I bring?
Bring your school or league physical form and any medical history details. We'll complete everything you need during the visit.
How long does it take?
Most sports physicals are quick. Call ahead so we can have your file ready when you arrive and get you in and out fast.
